As you walk into Luxury Estate you will be greeted by a beautiful foyer area and view of the pool area. Feel like a chef in the large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Gather all the family members and enjoy a meal on the dining table to seat up to 18 guests and further seating at the kitchen bar for 7. Relax by the living room area with breathtaking views of the pool area. The home has a custom pool, large spillover spa, and unique waterfall feature. Take in the Florida sun with luxurious patio furniture, a huge summer kitchen, and access to a half bathroom. There is fun on the first floor with 2 games rooms to choose from. One features a slate pool table, a wet bar, SMART TV, multi arcade system, and a sit-down NASCAR arcade. Head to the other game room and verse friends and family on the Xbox Once on a 70-inch SMART TV. Surprise your party members with this home s unique feature of a hidden playroom. Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
