The Perfect Getaway was designed with your vacation experience in mind. This villa features 3,374 sq. ft of luxury living space with five incredible bedrooms including two fun bedrooms for the kids. While vacationing in this home, you will also have a private games room, extended south-facing pool deck with the best in outdoor furniture, and comfortable living spaces including a second-floor loft space. Your family will love being together with the privacy and all the best in amenities all in your home away from home.
Be greeted by an open concept living space perfect for your upcoming vacation. The living area has a 65-inch Smart TV, modern decor, and comfortable seating for the family. The kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and breakfast bar seating for 5. The dining area has seating for 6. The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
