The home includes a private theater/arcade room for the family to enjoy their favorite movie or show! Down the hallway will lead you to an open floor plan with a dining area and table which seats 6 guests, a fully-equipped bright, modern, kitchen with granite countertops, 4 breakfast bar stools, and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

A spacious family living area completes the ground floor with comfortable seating and a large TV. Excitement Paradise offers 4 bedrooms, 2 of them come with a king bed each, and the third offers 2 bunk (twin over twin) beds. The fourth bedroom is located in the annex separated from the house and offers a king bed size.

Take full advantage of the Florida sunshine in your own private, spacious pool area. This beautiful outside area will provide you with a private space to allow you to take in the rays without plenty of outside seating. The pool area features sun loungers, and a table to enjoy your favorite meal with seating in a shaded patio area.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue. Propane is self-catering for the BBQ and heater.
