This is a newly built 8-bedroom and 5-bathroom home with a screened-in pool, perfect for your family getaway. You’ll find everything you could need during your stay in this well-designed home. The open floor plan is great for entertaining the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the latest and greatest appliances. The oversized breakfast bar seats 6 comfortably for all those quick snack sessions. Gather everyone around the gorgeous glass dining table that seats 14 people.
Everyone will have a blast in the dark-themed game room with several familiar characters included in the decor. Challenge your family members in the awesome air-conditioned garage game room which features two 50" TVs connected to an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 gaming console with 4 gaming chairs. Try your hand at full-sized Skee-Ball, Foosball, or play a game of air hockey. The air hockey table also converts into a ping-pong table! - There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
- The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
